Plympton St Maurice Guildhall
Saturday 29 November, 8pm (bar open 7pm), £7.50 (£6.50 concessions)
Guided Walk 11am and 3pm, £4 (£3 concessions)
In the great tradition of ghost stories at Christmas we are very excited, and a little bit spooked, to bring you a very special screening of The Woman In Black at Plympton St Maurice Guildhall, a venue well-known for its paranormal activity.
Starring Daniel Radcliffe as Arthur Kipps, a widowed young lawyer who is called in to settle the affairs of the mysterious Eel Marsh House. The house is full of unexplained noises and unexpected appearances. The screening at Plympton St Maurice Guildhall, with the addition of props and actors, promises the same. Properly chilling and with jumps a plenty, this is the perfect winter's night entertainment.
Part of the Walk On Film Project, screening films in secret spaces giving you the chance to experience cinema in an unusual way. To celebrate the Three Towns, (Plymouth, Devonport and Plympton) guided walks, led by artists, film-makers and historians, take place before the films giving a different cinematic perspective on the city.
Very limited on-street parking.
Early booking recommended.
